Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted after the two days of delivery cannot be guaranteed, as our supplier has strict claim guidelines.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim with our supplier. If your claim is approved by our supplier, a replacement or refund will be issued, depending on the resolution offered by the supplier.
